I've made it so I can only eat from 12 PM to 6 PM. This means I only eat one or two meals a day and I don't binge at night due to my screwed up sleep schedule.

Ive been doing one meal a day for the past 2 months. Its great! Only eating dinner, after 6pm.

i just try to eat only things i know what goes into it, if i have to look up an ingredient and how it is made, i dont buy it. follow that and eat 11 am - 7 PM and ive been doing good.
