You can choose the job, and you can't even get fired! You age and metabolize normally in real-world time, so you should be able to stay awake and etc. You get one hour for lunch (you must leave the machine) and you must leave the machine when your shift ends. If I can't get fired does it really matter what my job is? I just don't show up to work and spend my time recreationally instead

But yes, you may spend your countless hours in whstever way you choose since you can't be fired. Subject to your work environment, of course.
