If you truly care about the truth. A good mixture of podcasts and articles from the right and left help. I find podcasts are a great way to get information, especially with credible people. I generally don't use MSM, though. I literally just look at the headlines they are pushing with the mindset "what's the agenda here?" rather than "what's the news today?".
