I wanted to see if it was real so I made a Khaji character, my base sneak was 25, played for 2 days and am not even that far in the story and already level 40. I was killing some redguard dudes by picking them off and when they realized one was dead they pretty much all swarmed me and I just crouched and they didnt notice. Wth this is stupid broken

You can get it pretty high before you leave helgen.
