Well... i like the game, but for some weird reason I find it draining for my brain and my attention span. Anybody else felt the same or should I go see a doctor?

You say dizzy which makes me think it could be a medical condition. The game has a lot of bright flashing lights and fast animations that could be affecting you.

Now if its just that you lose your attention span I'm guessing you're bored. Either way get yourself checked out.

No I worded it wrong. I got a terrible attention span, but I do not lose focus on doom. It's just a bit mentaly draining for me for some reasons and it doesn't look like the kind of game that should make me feel like it's a big mental effort

You're probably just burned out of playing it. Take a good break from the game and recharge your batteries.
