there are many women here in America who are just as good, or even better, than they are. look at all the women in New York or Los Angeles that are available for the taking.

there should be no reason for Americans to have to go abroad in a poor country to get married. no?

This is like barely a step up from being against interracial marriage.

These guys tend to be abusive with very little to offer. So they bait poor, destitute, young women (that would normally not give them a second look) into believing they can offer them a better life. Just watch 90 day fianc. These dudes are not desirable men.

This generally goes for both men and women who purposely seek foreigners btw. The women on the show are often equally undesirable and abusive.

Aside from the notion of loving who you love, a lot of women in poor foreign countries are probably pretty happy to have an American man come to pull them out of squalor.

They want companionship and a relationship and are usually in a situation where they don't bring much to the table for American women who have life on easy mode and have unlimited options. But to someone from a second or third world country, they offer more than a guy could ever offer if they stayed where they are.

Probably not the same, but there was that Algermas poster who allegedly took an underaged girl to Spain where it was legal to have sex with her and did just that. Dude was also extremely sexist, too (he thought any woman over the age of 25 was a "hag", and also said that he had no interest in have any conversation with any woman he wasn't trying to have sex with).

That is disgusting, and how in the hell did the police not catch or stop him at the airport, underage minors cant travel without a guardian, or family relative.

exotic foreigners everywhere seem to be more appealing perhaps because of the differences in location and culture. what gets people out there is curiosity then experience. maybe discovering others like this romanticized their perceptions. expect that but get this sorta thing. views are changed and can be interpreted as a journey of discovery for themselves. the foreigner seems to be possess more attraction than those who grew up like you in sense.

have you been to a place where you speak and gain attention of others? they know youre not from there and may just be as amazed as you are about the place.

i too think that its about the money. the opportunity to leave better off and explore new places and people is too enticing for most if not all foreigners. theyre willing and able to leave their country for a better life of opportunities tbh. theyre conditioned in their country to live without the opportunities of different countries. thus the costs of leaving and living in a new country is better than staying in their established life.

change is good for many. maybe sometimes it takes people meeting each other across the world to find someone

If it wasnt about the money and the opportunity to go abroad to improve their lives, that would reduce the Americans appeal by a lot because they can get the same thing marrying a guy in their country.

Honestly, that sounds like a win-win scenario.

The women get money for themselves and maybe to send back home, and the men get a companion. Im not sure how thats all that different from a lot of Western women who would divorce you, if you lost your job.

Some women from other countries are better homemakers than others. That's just a fact. Get yourself a hot Eastern European woman and she'll be the best wife you can get. She'll make babies, make food and take care of her appearance providing you bring home the bread.

There's definitely a difference between someone that's going out of their way to do what you're describing TC and someone who might just fall into it by happenstance. I think it's sometimes problematic that all men with foreign-born wives are seen as predatory in the United States as a kind of stereotype. I had an ex girlfriend who would make this assumption about most men married with women born anywhere outside of UK/NZ/AUS/US/Canada for the most part. Love doesn't have borders and it's not always pre-meditated and predatory.. and honestly isn't it kind of rude to assume that's what's going on without really knowing.
