Probably Sailor Moon or the original Dragon Ball. I used to rent Voltron back in the day as well. I do also remember watching Mega Man on Fox Kids. It had to have been one of the syndicated anime.
It wasn't long before I started renting the good stuff. Kiki's Delivery Service. My older sister liked it. I don't remember anything about the story but I do remember that awful mouth animation that turned me off from anime until Pokemon... and Pokemon's awful mouth animation that in turn turned me off from anime until I was in college lol.
