One thing that kinda annoyed my about IV was the constant changing party, it never felt like I was actually leveling people for a good reason because I could just lose them later on. I do love Gilgamesh and several of the bosses were pretty creative, but the famous job system isn't really all that special (was good but not enough to carry the game) and the story is among the worst in the series. Plus awful villain and WTF final boss. He should play the acclaimed ones first, then go back to 5 when he has more experience. He's doing it right. Not disagreeing that it's great (probably my favorite overall), but games like 6 and 7 and even 9 were much more casual and 5 will be easier and make more sense with more experience/knowledge of the series imo. --- Then by that logic, real men are pixies. <cite>malenz posted [p:937439450] in Almost don...
