Im not in CS now but when I graduated university I tried doing it for a major bank. Worst two months of my life.
I had a lady call in and ask me to put a stop to her check. Only it was passed the timeframe to do so. The check was supposed to be cashed that day. So she asked me to physically find and destroy her check. Like from an atm. I had to explain to her that not only was it not possible, I wasnt at any branch. She stared cursing and screaming at me then hung up. Like it was somehow my fault she didnt have the funds and didnt try to put a stop to it sooner. ... Copied to Clipboard!
