I mean not really? Neoliberalism is still alive and well I think to SOME extend he TRIED or at least pretended that he tried to do this but I don't think there has been a huge decrease in outsourcing

Obama probably did more for small businesses than he did. Most moderate Democrats are actually pretty pro small business. I'm not necessarily saying he HURT mom and pop stores, but I don't see any evidence that they are doing much better under Trump.

3. Protect US citizens and their jobs

This kinda just goes along your previous points, unless protect US citizens was a more broad topic. I don't think Americans are generally any safer under Trump, especially those who are minorities. While unemployment is down, its mostly because a lot of people are working multiple jobs to make ends meet. Wages haven't really gotten up and a lot of people with college degrees are working jobs that they are overqualified for.

I mean in fairness, he hasn't NOT done this. There will still never be an actual boarder wall, and if he gets reelected I wouldn't be surprised if he just stopped trying anyway. I don't think anyone can say border security has gone DOWN under Trump, but that isn't necessarily a good thing.

We've covered this. He attempted to with more tariffs but it didn't really help trade and it mostly hurt farmers in America rather than bring back jobs, so no.

I can't really think of anything. Trump inherited an economy that wasn't PERFECT but was getting better under previous president Barack Obama. We had good stock markets for awhile, but I don't really see any reason to believe that it's because of Donald Trump.

Trump isn't the next Hitler, but he isn't an amazing president either. He will go down in history as someone who made big promises to people that were desperate, and was able to beat unpopular Democratic (and even Republican) candidates that didn't inspire his base. He doesn't really have any major accomplishments but I will give him credit that he ignored neoconservatives that wanted an excuse to invade Iran. Good on him for that tbh.

Nobody that supports Trump has a counter argument. It's all about "owning teh libz lole!"

Trump appeals to a group of Americans that are afraid of change. This country is changing rapidly. There has been a huge demographic shift over the last several decades, and there has been an increased of automation in the private sector. Trump supports basically want jobs back that are never coming back and for things to "go back to normal" which really means less brown.

That's it, that's all conservatism is.
