Travel - gone
Non-essential businesses - closed indefinitely
Grocery stores - 6 feet apart at all times, reduced hours, everyone wearing masks, gloves, lysoling shit off like crazy
Barely anyone on streets or roads
Events cancelled
Sports and recreation cancelled - some guy got a warning in my city that said he can go to prison for a year because his kids played with a ball in a park
Literally nothing open but grocery stores and pharmacies
People scared shitless to order takeout food, online goods

So why are the cases skyrocketing like a mother fucker? What's going on?

cause there's a delay between infection and when you start showing symptoms that can take a week or two

while you're walking around perfectly healthy, you can be infected and start infecting everyone else. before the lockdown was initiated everyone was going around spreading it

By the way I would get ALL of your info from WHO or CDC. Turn off CNN/FOX/NBC, which are just reporting conjecture before there's any proof.

for cases we're holding steady each day which is good. unless its just a matter of insufficient testing which could very well be. But I think NYC hospitalizations were down as well
