Near the beginning where I ride my horse with those others through the snow to this lookout point. Resumed control and my horse walks right off the ledge and gets stuck on a rock while my character falls to the bottom. I run around for a minute and then get a game over screen.

No worries I'm thinking. I'll respawn right there again. Nope..back at the very opening cut scene again lol.

Yeah get ready for a whole lot of fuck-assed horse bugs. The collision avoidance is broken as hell and will often completely take control from you to ram you straight into a tree lol.

also the auto-jump over obstacles will actually happen about 2/3 of the time

That's the worst part of the game. When I did a second playthrough I made a save file at the end of that act so if I ever did another playthrough I could skip the snow act each time.

If you couldn't beat the tutorial, the game probably is outside your range of gameplay ability

I've noticed a lot of people who really don't like it, just were really hardheaded about how they wanted to play it. Which is completely fine if you don't blame the game for you wanting it to be something it's not trying to be.

I tend to play games in line, so the game pretty much never got in my way. The game shines best when you take the missions serious and keep all the silly shit for free roam.

Second worst. Guarma is way worse lol

at least in Guarma there was some free roam outside of missions.

in the prologue, if you tried to leave your camp, you and your horse would quickly be drained of stamina, and your horse would die.

Okay so I made it past that part.

So far I'm enjoying the storytelling. But so far I'm not a big fan of the way I have to search for and gather items. It seems like a slow and clunky process.

I felt the same way but it grew on me

Oh, and go sign into my work computer really quick so that it at least looks like I'm trying to find work to do.

The game reay opens up now and especially on chapter 3. Enjoy the best sandbox ever imo
