They're working on it but it's a long process including trials...you need to be damn sure this is safe an effective before releasing it and that takes time. Maybe early next year at best, and that's probably just for emergency cases not for general use.

I did see an article about German scientists re-purposing a tuberculosis vaccine that could be used to fight covid-19 as both are respiratory conditions.
What makes finding a way to treat covid-19 tricky is that clinical trials must be done in order to mass-produce any sort of treatment. Minimum 18 months. 2 years is more likely. It's possible we can get lucky and get it right on the first try but don't hold your breath.
