I think they probably did. Glad0s just killed them.
Remember Chell was supposed to be the absolutely last human to be released because she was the most likely to actually beat Glad0s games. Rattman moved her up the list to the top So we don't have exact figures but we know Chell was not the first person Glad0s played with, hell Glad0s owns reactions to her imply a break in the mold. And we know there are at least some other humans in the compound who are still alive. All of the other humans probably did talk to Glad0s and then just fell into the electric water or were shot by turrets and died in agony. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
