Both.

My family goes to Disney World about once every two years. We have a vacation planned for October, but because of the beer bug were likely going to cancel or postpone it.

I've been to Disney World a few times: I have family who live about an hour away. It gets a lot more affordable when you don't need a hotel, but I've only been, like, three times.

I've been to both, but I feel like World is much more underwhelming. It costs a lot more and there's more parks I guess, but it's so spread out and I feel like there's less to do there than at 'Land. Universal Studios, on the other hand, is much more amazing in Florida than it is in Hollywood.

No. I went to universal studios. Now I don't care about going to any of them. I don't get that whole "connect with your inner child" thing. All I see is grown adults at a children's place with no children >_>.

I just meant, I understand the people taking their kids, but not grown adults going alone. But like I said, that child in me didn't cross over to my adult life. So, it's probably just me missing out on something others can enjoy. I'm cool with that.

The reason adults go to Disney parks is because they are amazing theme parks designed for all ages.

People who think they are only for kids are absolutely ignorant.

There's nothing wrong with enjoying things that kids like even as an adult.

I was at Disney World a month ago. Also did both of the Universal Parks, Volcano Bay, and SeaWorld.

Went to Disneyland once when I was 15 and I very much preferred Disney World.

I've been to Disney World a total of five times in my life. I prefer Universal though.

Can't wait till Universal's Epic Universe opens up. Will easily be the best theme park in the world.

Never been to Cedar Point, but I've always very much wanted to.

I've been getting super into theme park vloggers the last year or so. There is so much content out there to watch. I sort of feel like I've been to every theme or amusement park in the country. I could watch that stuff for days on end.

A pretty significant amount. Disney World has way more land. DW parks tend to be less sense though. DW also has two water parks. DL is moreso made for local CA residents while DW is moreso made for tourists.

DW also has tons of hotels and resorts while DL has like two.

I went to Disney World for my brother's Make a Wish trip back is 2003. In Hindsight I wish we went later than we did, he didn't get to enjoy it as much as he should have. Hopefully when this is all over I can take him down to do it right

Went to World with the inlaws and their kids about 6 years ago. I went in figuring I probably wouldn't enjoy it and ended up hating it. While I enjoyed Disney movies as a kid and still like some now, I really don't give a fuck about them as a brand or seeing employees in costumes and all that jazz. Long lines for kid's attractions, no actual coasters, shitty food, etc. I can enjoy the coasters at Busch or Universal; never wasting my time or money at a Disney park again.

Edit: it was this trip that made me realize what I enjoy about travelling and what I don't. I travel for music festivals, parks (of the tree and grass type), hikes, museums, hole-in-the-wall food joints, etc.
