Even using one monitor I get a ton of resolution issues but it's overall workable. Two monitors is just a nightmare. Using OSX, idk if that's why but I guess no.

Yeah used that as diagostic tool for alltel back in the day. I can say nothing good about other than the amount of lewd pictures on customer desktops I saw even after warning them I can see there screen.

Login send link for the screen share. Tell them again about the screen share before giving the the session id. Bam naked woman in seductive pose. She has her web cam on too. Webcam matches including the birthmark on her breast. Supervisor is remoting in for quality control. Vp is remoting in for quality control during an explaination of standards for investers meeting........atleast they gave me a kudos for professionalism

Ive been using it for the first time this past week. No real issues, other than I have two monitors at work vs one at home, so it makes navigating things a little trickier.

So,

I use Citrix to remote into my work desktop to get on another Citrix and use remote apps.

I really cant think go any technical reason I cant just skip the middle man, but company wont give us access that way.
