I got offered 11.5 with 13 and some change fixed by using credible. Is that terrible? I'm terrible with money but since I don't make nearly as much as I used to I'm trying to become responsible

Is your credit terrible? Because there are credit cards with 0% APR for like a year and a half and some even charge $0 for balance transfers.
