You can have it without a fever. For example a health care worker at an old folks home in Sweden in my county thought her normal asthma symtoms she gets was just asthma, nope it was Corona and she infected 5 elderly.

Yep. That's my "oh shit" button. Plus, I've been periodically taking deep breaths and holding them. The fact that I can hold them is a good sign.

No unless I start getting other symptoms. Last week I was having slight breathing difficulties (chest heaviness) and my shoulder was aching for a couple of days so I thought I might have had covid, but it subsided so quickly that I think it was something else

Here you can't even test unless you are sick in the hospital or a risk group with symtoms. Stay home if you feel sick somehow. People are spreading this with mild symtoms and other symtoms they think is normal for them. Dont' be an idiot.

Without more than one symptom at least, no. I smoke cigarettes and I don't think I have it just because I have a cough and chest congestion. Also it's allergy season.

It's allergy season. I always get this super annoying minor cough and "trouble" breathing. This is normal. I am not going to succumb to paranoia because my asthma is acting up at the same time it always does.

Yeah the issue is that a lot of the symptoms are shit I've lived with for years.

Coughing? Sniffling? Trouble breathing? Sure sounds like every allergy season since my adulthood to me.

That's not to say I'm not being careful, but I can't get a test and I'm an essential workers so there's only so much I can do. Worrying about it is a waste of energy.

Yeah, a fever would be cause for concern since usually when I get sick I typically don't get fevers. I used to but then they just stopped.

Why are you assuming I have it when I never mentioned a timeline on when this started? It almost seems like you DON'T want this to be asthma, which is pretty twisted.

I have had asthma issues bad enough to have me getting chest/lung x-rays at the hospital. They still wont test me.

What risk? It's been about a month since my asthma started acting up and I'm "essential". The yard, my division, and my friend would've been showing symptoms by now. They haven't. Unless you wanna try and say literally everybody there doesn't develop symptoms, I know for a fact it's literally just my yearly suffering for a while.
