So you got to go into the store and get them if they in stock. The elderly and immune compromised probably not going to go out to get them. They could put limits to prevent hoarding.

Prior to outbreak those were both items that you could purchase online at Walmart at any time. I'm fortunate that I stocked up before this outbreak. The local Kroger has a special seniors only hour from 6 AM to 7 AM. That's how they're handling the situation with at risk customers.

I'm saying some people don't want to go outside at all. They might want to stay home and order online rather than deal with the trip to the store and get exposed either on the way or at the store.
