Been set up to help people who are isolating by delivering them food/medical supplies without meeting them/them needing to go out largely afaik, along with transport arrangements for those that qualify. A damn lot of good that can be done with it, but does rely on people actually being truthful/sensible with symptoms and who they interact with so.... But the truth is some of them will be unwitting carriers and pass on COVID-19 to others.
