Yeah, I'll be fine. I have a neighbor who can't though and she's a single mother which sucks. So I gave her some food and some money to pay her rent and Bill's and told her if she needed anything else to let me or my wife know.

Ive got several months rent available, even after thousands in vet bills last October and the traditional winter dry spell. The unemployment will help while Im furloughed. Its not ideal, but Ill manage

The landlord is not a piece of meat, you know. He needs time to rest between tenants.

My brother and I put in a lot of effort to pay off the house last year and I'm pretty damn grateful for that. If we were still paying the mortgage, I'd be boned.

We're about to start a four week shutdown in NZ - basically, we're meant to stay at home at all times except for urgent medical services or groceries. Those of us that can work from home (even at a limited capacity) are, so that's what i'm doing. Frankly i don't think the work i am able to do remotely will give me enough work for the full term, but my employer is aware of that and i will still be getting paid.

Those that can't work from home are going to be able to access a government fund to make sure those unable to work will still have money to stay fed and housed.

A lot of nonessential services are temporarily shutting down entirely.

Countdown is for eight hours from now, so everyone here is on edge today.

I paid Aprils last week so dont have a payment till May. Should be alright hopefully.

If I got laid off still yes I have enough saved to pay my rent off for a year at least
