The first time, yes, it felt great but because my stupid surgeon encouraged me to do the post PT myself instead of getting a professional I ended up injuring it again, then had to get surgery again and did pt but it hasn't felt the same :(

Its like a 50/50 shot with surgery if you'll feel the same afterwards to be honest.

Yes, but I've never had large incisions.
