Season 1: poor man's Office, something best watched retroactively after you've already seen and loved some of the later seasons. On the other hand, it's only six episodes.
Season 2: Starting to find its feet, bits of brilliance sprinkled throughout, like the Greg Pikitis episode. Last couple Episodes of Season 2 Onward: Pure comedy gold. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I think Andy got it the hardest after season 1. He went from an intentionally unlikable ass that was supposed to disappear to the hilarious doof we know in later seasons.

Only difference I can think of is that you get to see Andy's progress through the transition, as he makes a genuine effort to get his act together during S2.
