This is what a "mild" case of coronavirus is. I've seen too many people downplay it because they read the word mild and think it's a stuffy nose. This is an Olympic athlete, probably in far better shape than anyone who downplays this virus. He isn't old, he doesn't have underlying health issues, and he keeps himself in shape.

I've seen reports from people far less healthy saying it barely felt like a cold

Not trying to downplay it. But some of the residual effects he's listing aren't unique. I had bronchitis last year and had a residual cough for almost a month, and took about a week after I was "healthy" again to get my strength back and be able to exercise.
