Keep in mind that if we had gone with the WHO testing procedures we would have manufactured the tests ourselves, so they would have likely rolled out on the same timeline. They probably wouldnt have been faulty though, which is why it was a fuckup. Im clarifying these points because I got the impression you might believe that there were actual physical test kits that the WHO tried to give the US. They didnt.
