My mom forgot her password. My account is the password recovery address for this. Google is sending me a confirmation code to reset my mothers account.
Googleis accepting it but telling me that although I confirmed it, they could not verify I should have access. My mothet never carries her cell phone. Plus, where she lives, there is no coverage anyway. So we can not use that method to reset the password. Why is google not allowing me to use my account to reset the password? My mom is getting old and not tech inclines. This why I set the accounts up this way. Do i have any work arounds? I could get her phone somewhere with coverage I guess. --- You know how fads are.
