Mom is turning 54 and she's pretty well off, but prevention is always more important than treatment.

my dad and my grandparents have all passed away, but my mom is in her 60s, and I hope she'll be okay.

Kind of. My dad is 60 and works in an autoplant, but they're shut down right now.
