It was a URL with the headline "China officially confirms coronavirus is airborne", but the link doesn't actually lead to a website, and just says it's a broken link on MSN or something. When I Googled to see if it was actually real or not, I didn't find anything, and pointed it out to her, suggesting she take it down cuz it's a really bad look to be a healthcare provider posting misinformation right now. She brushed it off, laughing and saying she'll leave it up cuz she thinks that people going crazy is funny.

In my personal and professional experiences, nurses kinda suuuuck a lot of the time.

I had an article pushed to my phone about it lingering in the air a while. Guess this is my reminder to go check it out since I'm home

Hmm, best I can tell it's specific circumstances, not something you'd happen across just anywhere.

Because stupid doctors don't exist? Also, most doctors wouldn't be able to cut it as a nurse.

I feel like everyone on the "front lines" is just going to be gossiping amongst themselves and posting it online.

That's not airborne.

Airborne means in any given environment and circumstance, the virus can just float out into the air and survive there indefinitely.

Eh, nurses arent trained to think medically. They arent diagnosticians and I have met one nursing educator and one CRNA who actually read studies in their off time. All the others are vocational workers through and through. Totally anecdotal experience but it seems to be the sentiment among essentially every fellow physician Ive worked with.
