There have been some cases of people who were cured testing positive again, but there aren't many so it could just be testing errors. It's also possible that people with bad immune systems don't get that immunity after getting cured. No one knows yet if the immunity is short term or long term, it could be a year+ or it could be for life.

People do get chicken pox twice. The second time it's called shingles and it's supposed to be pretty shitty (though I got it a few years ago and didn't even know what was happening, I thought it was bug bites from the hotel I was staying at).
