The school can't switch to online learning but they said the government might waive the lost class minutes so we all don't have to do summer school.

California. We have Schoology but our school said this about online learning: "While the district has sufficient infrastructure and technology, it lacks the teacher training, online resources, and compatible systems. The only platform the district currently has is Schoology, but that is insufficient for a complete transition to online learning. It was made very clear to me that the district would cancel school if the situation gets worse, not move online."
