It's fine, that's why they are barely testing anyone for a virus that may not show symptoms for over a week. Surely no one else has it that they don't know about.

I guess it depends what you means by big deal. Is it something everybody should be aware of and be cautious of spreading? Yes. Is it something that should halt all society and lead to the mass buying of products people don't actually need, thus taking away from the people who are most severely affected by it? No.

Millions are infected, even if the governments aren't confirming those millions.
