agreed. but it's often used by folks to describe voters in certain states who don't vote how they "should".

also, the defense of "no races are mentioned" is pointless when discussing potentially racist activities/actions/behaviors, imo.

that's like saying stop and frisk was used against people of all races, ages, etc. doesn't mean that there isn't bias involved in how it is used.

we know what people are implying when there's a pattern of certain words and phrases keep being used during reoccurring conversations. we can tell where somebody is headed based on their line of questioning or thought processes. we know when people of certain reputations are doing the things that earned them the reputation.

intent and context.

do people still play dumb when certain people use "undesirables" in certain conversations? lol probably. that's grandpa's generation.
