Exactly. Its the same as if you create a copy of someone elses movie or tv show. You wouldnt call that stealing would you?

That's like saying everyone is school "stole" calculus or whatever from their math teacher.

The only people in DBZ who stole techniques are the non-Tenshinhan people who use Solar Flare.

The series has also shown he is incredibly intuitive. Part of the whole reason he is the one who gets "Ultra Instinct"

He basically has little control over it. He learns instinctively from every single fight, including techniques.
