I randomly woke up with swollen lips one day years ago and I'm not allergic to anything and it was the once and only time ive ever had swollen lips

This exact thing happened to me about 8 months ago. It shortly became accompanied with a very itchy rash all over my body, like allergic reaction type rash, but the lip swelling went away after about 12 hours.
Went away, and has happened 4 or 5 times since, each time the exact same timeline, but with different parts of my lip. Dermatologist has no clue. Not allergic to anything, and steroids and antihistamines didnt stop the swelling --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

When youre asleep spiders crawl into and out of your mouth. For the most part they dont cause any harm. But in your case it looks like one took a nibble at your lip.

Its weird, over the last couple hours the swelling has gone down
