• Link's dialogue is kept minimal, so his partner and love interest will function as a co-protagonist and join him for 80% of the adventure.
• All characters are young adults -- even when this means taking liberties with the source material.
• The casting calls are for the following ethnic demographics: Princess Zelda (white or white Latina), Princess Ruto (black), Nabooru (Arab), Malon (white), Saria (white), Impa (Latina).
• All characters appearances will closely match those of the game. (Malon is a redhead, Impa has short hair and muscle, etc.) Personalities may require liberties.
• Ruto wears a glittery fairy dress, so no nudity.
• No Epona option for the deviants.

I'm kinda surprised the one in the bikini top is the only one not to get a vote.

Zelda's the obvious answer. Shiek is the most obvious choice to join in on the adventure for most of the movie.

Nabooru is kind of a bitch when you meet her in-game. She doesn't exactly inspire romantic feelings.

She's also the only one to be an adult when she interacts with kid Link, so I think people are disinclined to think of her as a romantic option for Link.

Well, damn. How'd I miss such an obvious option? She is literally with Link for the entirety of the game. They could have the obligatory "shrinking Link" or "Navi grows big" scene so that the two could share a kiss or something.

And since an aura of light always shrouds her appearance in the video game, she could potentially look like anyone. She might be Emma Watson. She might be Zendaya.

Of course, the "Hey! Listen!" voice filter might get just a wee bit annoying should we have to hear it constantly throughout an entire movie.
