It's hard.

There's this weird thing I've noticed, where like...if I see my sillhouette or like a non detailed reflection in a window I think I look good.

But the second I see my unhindered reflection or a picture I think I look horrible.

Everyone tells me I look great but honestly I don't trust any of them and think they say it just to be nice and give me positive reinforcement for my weight loss.

Well, you can ask the internet, and there are many here who can vouch for what an insufferable prat I am when it comes to uncomfortable honesty.

Though I understand not wanting internet strangers to know what your body looks like.

I trust the internet even less than I trust people I know for the opposite reasons. Internet says perfect bodies look like shit on the regular.
