At least twice a day, usually three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). More if the mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks left morsels in my gums that I dont feel like leaving until my next major meal.

Seriously. I hardly ever bleed when I floss and if I do, its minor and it heals itself within minutes.

I floss everyday, gums don't bleed.

Every morning.

I used to be bad about it, but as Ive gotten older, the gap between two of my molars have gotten the tiniest bit bigger. It isnt visibly bigger, but tiny food particles can fall into the gap a bit more easily, and the gap is noticeable when flossing. If food does get in there, it can be irritating, so due to that, I floss every morning.

Just to be once a day but I realized that it was pushing my gums to the point where more of my teeth was exposed and leading to cavities. Now I only ever floss if it's to remove a piece of food that's stuck otherwise I just use a sulcabrush everyday (those pointed tooth brushes with a pencil like tip for getting between gums).

I used to floss every night, but now, I just use mouthwash.
