Mr. Robot Season 2 Episode 7 complete!

Whew, finally got to watch one. The lingering mystery of the season was solved rather anticlimactically (if it's even to be believed), but that was quite the twist ending, although I suppose it makes sense if the solution to the mystery is what was presented to us!

Thankfully, not too often since I normally work in a one route post office, so the only other person I'm working with is the desk clerk. I do occasionally come into contact with people out on the route while I'm delivering, but it's impossible to know when that will happen from day to day.

Anyway, I'm trying to play Return of the Obra Dinn again. Probably the most frustrating part is not knowing how to categorize some of these deaths when they've been killed by a terrible beast. It feels like it could be several things.

Well, I filled out all the pages except for the part where he said wouldn't be filled in until I returned the book to him, I think? Or at least I don't recall seeing any blank pages, but there were some characters with unknown fates, so I guess I missed something somewhere!

I'm in this weird spot where I took it over Skyrim but losing to Witcher 3 in what comes off as a dumb hedge where I really need to be having it lose to both or win against both.

Don't forgot to make sure it doesn't get out of Division 8 either. GSC would struggle to beat Skyrim. Asking for a modern Pokemon game to pull that off is asking way too much.

Skyrim was higher than the actual Pokemon G/S/C in the 2015 X-Stats. I don't see HG/SS winning that. I'd be more worried about it losing to Automata than beating Skyrim.

a remake of a 2000 game from 2010 making the finals of the Game of the Decade would be an even more shameful final than Majora's Mask vs. Brawl so I don't think people will want it to happen

I do now have it losing to Skyrim. If it beats Skyrim Im pretty confident it does in fact get to the finals.

Yeah, but it's still a remake of a game that didn't come out in this decade. I think people will take that into account (same with RE2. I don't see it beating Mass Effect 2 and could see it losing sooner than that).

HGSS is worlds weaker than GSC. It might turn out to be on the upper end of modern Pokemon games for strength but that's not much. The voters who make RBY and to a lesser extent GSC strong quit Pokemon years before HGSS came out and they will not accept HGSS as a GSC proxy.

Aw yeah Crossbell. I do prefer the Sky series but they are pretty much neck-and-neck. Cold Steel also obviously good but probably a tier lower

I was coincidentally rewatching from scenes from Ao today and man I love it. (VGMC noms went up today and I was trying to remember when exactly a particular song from Ao played. Found it almost immediately but then watched the LP I was referencing for like another hour oops)

That was a fun fight, although I think my favorite part of the first two episodes of this new arc is the narrator's cheesy descriptions of Goku's journey to become the strongest.

All right, I played for a little bit, right up to the point where you're ready to enter the Geofront for the first time. First impression: The music is really good. Second impression: It's going to be weird playing this after Cold Steel I-III since I technically already know a lot of stuff about Randy, Tio, and the plot that were intended to be surprises! Third impression: Lloyd seems cool enough as a protagonist so far.

Yeah, that's what I've heard! Apparently it's in short supply and you can't get it digitally since you have to have the ring and leg strap to use it.

But anyway I did manage to finish World 7! I imagine there's at least three more worlds based on how that one went.
