Send it to iCloud and then down from your iCloud account from the browser.

Go into Settings > Photos and under "Transfer to Mac or PC", check "Keep Originals", see if that fixes your issue

You can literally use file explorer and copy and paste your photos/videos from your iphone to your computer >_>
