All of these open world games need significantly more hair options, it would go a long way. Have like 100 different hair variations and NPCs will all look a lot more different

I liked the game a lot on release because it scratched an itch that hadn't been scratched in a very long time.
Looking back, it definitely had its fair share of flaws. I don't know if that's due to rushed schedule, small development team, lower budget, or all of those factors and then some. You're right about the hair thing. That and other accessories can really mask limitations in character design.
Astral Chain is an example of that. Apart from about eight characters that have very distinct designs, EVERY other human character in the game (including the player character) is based off the same male or female model. While it's more noticeable with civilian NPCs, it's masked pretty well with the other police officers. --- CyricZ ... Copied to Clipboard!
