A lot of East Asian countries that are work obsessed usually have work wives, and not in a jokey sense but a legit affairs sense. Because they normalize it, nobody thinks it's unhealthy and inherently wrong (legit cheating while married), and the person hurt by the cheating is the weird one for being hurt. It's a really bizarre world to think about. But then again, I've seen people here who say people with a history of post-marital cheating are ok, so. But seriously, psychologically speaking, if you cheat on your significant other, you've pretty much permanently scarred that partner. Imagine if he same was done to you, maybe not cheating but on an issue that would seriously affect your entire life. Say somebody robbed you of your life savings. Imagine if he same was done to you, maybe not cheating but on an issue that would seriously affect your entire life. Say somebody robbed you of your life savings.
