I would say close to 100% of Latino Gangs are made up of "Brown people" as you state it. Not all are illegal or born by illegals that snuck in. I threw out 50% though the number is probably bigger. We don't border SA. I don't know if they enforce expired visas more or less from Saudis than any other Muslim country (I doubt you do either).

We did put an end to training their pilots after one of them killed some of our guys in Pensacola last year though.

2.) Crossing the border isn't really how people get into the country illegal (they overstay their visas, and if you make it harder to cross the border legally you make it more likely they will overstay)

and to add to this, liberals seem to think we can let everyone in unchecked and somehow this will be fine. All in a vain effort to not be racist. I get it, racism sucks, but that has 0 bearing on whether or not we need a secure border. It has jack shit to do with the fact they are not white. A country just can't adsorb 1-2 million people that we know of coming in here each year, often times not even assimilating to the country they have come too. Some states that is bigger than the whole population, some states thats 1/5 or 1/4 of the population. You can't just have this huge massive unchecked flood of people coming in.

And then you have entirely too many conservatives saying something like "we don't wnat illegals, but legal immigration, great bring on endless legal immigration", despite this being basically the same thing as liberals, just a disagreement on legal vs illegal, you get liberals calling conservatives racist constantly for this.

Which again misses the point that we can't just take in everyone. and really....why should we have to?

but as the guy I quoted said....a lot of deflection in this thread. Instead of addressing whether or not we can even handle the immigration both legal and illegal we get each year, it's all, "it's racist to pick on the Mexican border"....which completely misses the point. Plus the Mexican border is a huge problem, drugs, gangs, cartels, human trafficking, are all a lot higher at the Mexican border.That's not racist, that just is what it is. The drug trade in earlier decades started coming through the southern border and it's continued since. It's just hitting critical mass now.

Yes, you need some border control and you can't let everyone in, but you need viable and economic solutions to the problem.

right now we need to shut it all down and asses who is here, and why, and make the adjustments needed and that will take years. So yes, years of a full stop ban on it. Courts are overrun, border control is overwhelmed, laws as asinine, sanctuary cities are doing no favors, etc. The entire concept of "Immigration to the USA" needs a full 10 year ban while we sort out of the mess of who's here.

Then after we figure out who's here, and who should be allowed to stay, then we can work on an immigration program.

Not that that will happen because it makes too much sense.

right now we need to shut it all down and asses who is here, and why, and make the adjustments needed and that will take years.
