Just pointing out that my wife had a cesarean birth, stayed in the hospital for a few days, have had nurses visit the house to make sure everything was going okay and we have used a free children's clinic just down the road from us that is open every Thursday. Oh and we got a baby pack with some essentials when we left the hospital too. That was one implemented by a conservative. Hasn't cost a single cent.

I love our healthcare.
