Dementia sucks. My dad has hydrocephalus and he's barely able to keep a conversation anymore and he can't walk much. You have many people with hydrocephalus? Never had anyone with that. Most have Alzheimers, Vascular Dementia or a blend. We had some with Parkinson's caused dementia, a few with frontal lobe dementia which is one of the hardest ones to take care of. But the worst mistake I've made is when I was super stressed at a point when we had a lot to do with no time to do it, I didn't treat a lady with patience and made her feel very sad and cry.
