My son (13 years old) started playing Warframe not too long ago. I was going to buy him some platinum and as he was set up as a child's account when we got the Switch he can't buy any in-game content. So I called Nintendo's customer service line and the guy we talked to basically said because it's a child's account Nintendo blocks all in game purchases on Mature rated games. (Talk about "shut up and take my money" Nintendo.)
So my question is, is the only choice left for him to start over with Warframe on my Switch account? Or if I started one on my account would I be able to gift him platinum like you can gift things on the Xbox1 version? --- I think I need a drink.
