Almost all day they have to deal with people calling and walking in about the Facial masks. A lot of the customers started getting really angry and frustrated that all the retail stores don't have them with many refusing to listen why the retails stores can't get their hands on them. I don't envy their position but it just reminded me when I used to work in retail (I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER!). For those curious, I'm a senior manager at a CPA firm and on the side I help companies start up their accounting system, with an emphasis on Medical and Pharmaceutical stores.
