Shield event is balls hard.

Solar_Crimson 02/26/20 9:04:55 PM #1:	More than any other Pokemon, you NEED to partner up with other players, because the AI is not going to help you at all. It has powerful moves that cover a variety of types, it attacks four times--one of which it uses to buff itself with Calm Mind or Bulk Up--and its barrier takes six attacks to break down (and it being a 5-star, it puts the barrier up twice in battle). I've also seen that it has Max IVs, and has optimal EV spreads depending on its moveset. You also can't catch it. If I was a few gens deep, and had done a lot of this multiple times before, I'm sure I'd feel exactly like this also. MacadamianNut3 02/28/20 1:27:17 AM #15:	I've beaten it 6 times so far. 2 last night with a Lunala (that I got in a trade weeks ago and was probably hacked), and 4 tonight with a Marshadow (that I genned myself tonight from an event Marshadow and gave perfect IVs >_>) Really fun so far even when you get a rando teammate that severely underestimates this raid because it has 5 stars and you can do all of the other 5 star raids with just 2 competent human players. I'm gonna try it some more this weekend with a completely legit Prankster Grimmsnarl since I can't gen generation 8 pokemon. I hope DLC raids are similar to this in that they're harder than the other braindead 5* raids, but not as bullcrap with the pokemon being able to attack 4 times in one turn with 6 moves to choose from --- Roll Tide & Go Irish <cite>MacadamianNut3 posted [p:934980407] in Dynamax Me...
