Yeah. It's not very black and white. I just try to be openly stubborn person with room to bend. So I'd fight back on someone who wanted to hang out everyday, while trying not to be insensitive. You'd be surprised how much people respond favorably to what you want when you're just blunt and honest. But the thing is, when I pushed back and created a new standard if expectations, I'd then go above that standard at times to show actual effort. If you cave into everything someone wants, not only do you put yourself in a shitty place, but that person immediately forgets it's even a favor.

yea but think i'd get annoyed after awhile. on one had i'd like it cause i wouldn't be worried about her cheating. on the other hand i'd probably hit my breaking point on dealing with it if she's really bad with it.

Because in the beginning of the relationship you have to entertain. And by the time you're comfortable, you don't have to keep worrying about if the other person is comfortable or not, you'll be able to rely on your deep connection and understanding of that person to make it 2nd nature. The beginning of relationships are mental work for introverts. Plus the signs of someone instantly wanting to be that involved with someone they just met is a red flag for you. You're coming from a place that seems to see codependency as the norm. Where, that's not the type of relationship I prefer. I believe people in relationships should be strong alone and stronger together. That "I can't be a whole day without you" shit sinks relationships. Every healthy relationship I ever seen was with couples who could let each other have space. Most the ones together 24/7 are at each others throats and Id end up in that same situation if I had to be around someone every waking second. I don't want someone that questions if I really love them everytime I wanna go hang out with someone other than them.

Lonely people that don't realize too much of another person is a disaster. People who think love means you wanna share the same air for the rest of your life and not wanting to do that means your love isn't as strong. People with zero hindsight when it comes to relationships. Im sure there's some genuine people who are insane enough to actually pull it off tho
