Love this thread. I'm midway through my third Father Ted watch right now. It's a top 10 show for me.
The scene in "Kicking Bishop Brennan Up The Arse" where Bishop Brennan runs up to the parochial house, cape flowing in the wind... that's my favorite shot in TV history. If you find yourself in the mood for some newer British comedy, I loved Chewing Gum and Toast of London (besides its subpar third series). --- The music was thud-like. The music was... thud-like. ...
