Current Events > I just bought Resident Evil 2 Remastered, and got 1/0 HD remakes too...question

I've actually never played any Resident Evil games before, not sure why, I love good games and have been playing games for 20+ years, just never got around to them. Anyways, which order should I play them in? 1 - 0 - 2? Any advice or suggestions? Thank you in advance for any input!

Also PC versions, they're all on sale for cheap so I said screw it. Should tide me off until Doom Eternal.

Just play 1 and 2 and just finish off with 0. 0 is a good game but it can be a bit of a slog. the games are relatively short but kind of hard for new beginners. Get used to tank controls thats the way they should be played. Realize you dont have to fight every enemy you see and use the knife

You can go ahead and skip 0 quite frankly. It isn't really a game worth losing sleep over.

play 0 and 1 in one sitting then 2.

0 and 1 are pretty closely linked and you wont miss a beat of the story if you play them together.

2 on the other hand is related to 1 and 0 by the loosest threads. It is also the most modernized of the lot. If you play 2 first, going back to 1 and 0 may be a bit sour because they play like entirely different games. Save the best for last.

My recommendation is a patched version of the original PSX DC with the uncensored cutscenes and OST
